2. You will be responsible for daily tracking of your production team’s hours per project.
3. You will be responsible for the day-to-day successful management and leadership of assigned projects.
4. You will be responsible to actively participate in meetings throughout the production process and following through on specific assignments.
5. You will be responsible for supporting daily interaction with production management, project management, account executives, customers, and external & internal project teams.

6. You will be responsible for providing leadership, direction and unity in regard to your individual projects and team members.
7. You will at times provide support in project budget development, estimating reviews, project engineering, production techniques and project scheduling.
8. You will be responsible for the proper distribution, management and organization of project paper work, work orders, estimates, drawings, etc.
9. You will be responsible for closing out production job jackets for the billing process.
10. You will be responsible for completing daily time sheets for the appropriate jobs that you have worked on.
11. You will perform supportive roles as needed in the following areas:
- Metals
- Graphics
- Paint/Finish
- Shipping
12. You will be responsible for supporting the safety program in all of it measures:
- Operations
- Tool use
- Safety equipment use
- Support the adherence to all safety policies
- Guidance and oversight for subcontractors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
