You are an inquisitive, organized, and driven college student that demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication skills that is interested in developing professional experience within a SaaS organization that supports the country’s medical infrastructure. You’re highly collaborative, and able to interface with various types of professionals from technical team members to project managers and more. You have an unmatched attention to detail and strive to analyze and improve processes you’re a part of.
This is a 10-week program beginning June 18, 2025, and ending August 27, 2025. This will be a part-time (up to 29 hours/week maximum) with the potential to go full-time in the future role
What does this position pay?
The hourly compensation for this role is $20.00 for undergraduate students and $21.00 for graduate students.

Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or relevant discipline Skills required for this individual to be successful in this role:

What will you do?
- Assist the Implementations team with ongoing projects along with onboarding new customers.
- Analyze data set and provide insights to the team.
- Participate in system setup and testing.
- Complete Setup Tasks for XiFin customers in our XiFin RCM.
- Utilize Project Management methodologies and strategies.
