What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Solutions Analyst position at XIFIN?

What is your role?
Customer Solutions Analyst (CSA) will play a critical role in ensuring best practice billing processes through optimized Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) system configuration using the XiFin billing software (Empower RCM). As a member of the Systems and Automation team, you will be integral in configuring XiFin’s billing application to meet the customer's organizational revenue goals. The CSA will be comfortable collaborating with XiFin RCM Operations leadership and cross-functional teams to identify solutions to customer-specific RCM Operational challenges utilizing system functionality to maximize outcomes and minimize manual effort. By utilizing the knowledge of sound and compliant billing practices, you will analyze customers' business needs, assess their practice workflows, and develop strategies tailored to providing best in class service and results.
The most important capability of this role is communication. A successful candidate will be able to convey highly technical information regarding RCM processes and software configuration in an easy-to-understand way. They will also be skilled at developing relationships and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
What will you do?
- Provide guidance to XiFin RCM Operations in understanding XiFin functionality and collaborate to offer best practice solutions for the RCM processes
- Review workflow to enhance use of the system
- Maintain knowledge of current industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Responsible for analyzing and recording functional requirements to support developing new logic, where applicable, for unique/unencountered business processes, regulatory changes, or reporting needs
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Maintain a deep understanding of System Optimizations and stay current on new system functionality
- Contribute to the development and improvement of RCM processes and procedures
- Assist with File Maintenance Team case load related to system and configuration updates required by our RCM customers and operations team
- Ad hoc responsibilities in a fast-paced, adaptive environment
his is an onsite position at our office in either Charleston, SC or San Diego, CA.
What education and experience do you need?
A combination of the following education and experience factors will be considered:
- BA/BS in Business, Healthcare IT/Mgt
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in healthcare billing and collections software within the Accounts Receivable area
- A solid understanding of Radiology, Pathology, and/or Clinical testing methodologies supporting billing

What does the position pay:
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $70,000.00-$90,000.00 annual compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
