About the Role

As a Backend RPA Engineer at XILO, you will play a critical role in enhancing our RPA services, automating processes to drive efficiency and scalability. You’ll lead initiatives to optimize architecture, strengthen security, and improve the performance of RPA solutions while mentoring a growing team of engineers. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on coding and tackling complex challenges in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and improve the architecture for XILO’s RPA solutions.
• Optimize the database to support all RPA services and workflows.
• Implement best-practice security measures for data and automation processes.
• Lead the RPA team on key initiatives to enhance automation capabilities.
• Increase the efficiency and scalability of current RPA workflows and bots.
• Build and refine feedback loops to improve the performance of automated processes.

• Expertise in RPA technology and automation frameworks.
• Passionate coder who writes code daily.
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers to mid-level and mid-level engineers to senior-level.
• Highly organized and capable of managing a wide array of tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communicator who engages with customers on multiple calls per month.
• Builds collaborative relationships with Product Management and Design teams.
• Team player with no ego and a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Relentless work ethic: doesn’t stop until the job is done and done right.

• Balances leadership with hands-on contributions (player-coach mentality).
