About the Role
As the Head of Engineering at XILO, you’ll be the cornerstone of our engineering strategy, responsible for driving architectural excellence, scaling our systems, and advancing our AI capabilities. You’ll lead and grow a dynamic team of engineers, ensuring the XILO platform remains innovative, secure, and scalable. This is an opportunity to directly shape the future of AI in the insurance industry while maintaining a hands-on approach to coding and development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and manage the architecture for a multi-product SaaS platform.
- Oversee database design to ensure scalability and support across all services.
- Lead SOC 2 audits and implement GDPR and HIPAA compliance measures.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of 20 engineers, both domestic and offshore.
- Enhance performance of AI models, including LLMs and OCR capabilities.
- Maintain engineering efficiency at scale using DORA metrics.
