XILO, a fast-growing Vertical AI company recently backed by a Series A financing round, is searching for detail-oriented and driven Junior Sales Development Rep (MDRs) to join our team.

About the Role

As a MDR at XILO, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the SDR team by enriching and refining lead data across your multi-state territory. Your work will directly impact our ability to connect with ideal customers and drive growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend data enrichment, cold calling, and process optimization in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Enrich 70 accounts per day with accurate and detailed information.
  • Call assigned accounts weekly to gather additional data and refine harder-to-enrich accounts.
  • Listen to SDR calls to identify opportunities to improve pitches and gather deeper agency insights.
  • Build multiple targeted lists each week for lead enrichment efforts.
  • Ensure 90% of leads enriched include high-quality, actionable data.
  • Establish and manage relationships between parent and child accounts.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications with a 3.0 GPA.
  • Passionate about building a career in sales
  • Process-oriented and highly organized with a strong focus on quality.
  • Capable of making cold calls and developing rapport over the phone.
  • Relentless work ethic : doesn’t stop until the job is done.
  • Positive, motivating, and supportive team player with a growth mindset.
  • Accountable for successes and failures with a mindset for continuous improvement.
  • Balances individual contributions with team collaboration (player-coach mentality).
