Your Role
As a Lead Backend Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, constructing, and scaling our micro-services architecture using TypeScript. You will have the opportunity to focus on areas such as OCR , RPA , or LLM integration based on your skills and passion. Collaborating across teams, you will tackle challenging technical problems, playing a direct role in transforming the insurance industry.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust TypeScript micro-services to power the XILO platform.
- Implement cutting-edge features in your area of focus :
- OCR : Advance our document digitization and data extraction processes.
- RPA : Create automation bots to streamline repetitive tasks and boost efficiency.
- LLMs : Craft and enhance workflows for AI-powered customer interactions.
- Enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams (product, frontend, data science) to ensure seamless integration.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers, promoting a team culture focused on collaboration and growth.
- Establish best practices for API security, data privacy, and maintainable code.
