Mid-Market Account Executive (AE) at XILO

XILO, a fast-growing Vertical AI company backed by a recent Series A financing round, is searching for an experienced Mid-Market Account Executive (AE) to join our team.

About the Role

As an AE at XILO, you’ll play a critical role in driving company growth by converting qualified leads into customers. You’ll work closely with our SDR team, demo the platform to decision-makers, and close high-value deals. This is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing, fast-paced sales team where success is measured by results and rewarded with career advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Close $1.5M in new ARR in a single year.
  • Maintain an average ACV of $40k across deals.
  • Keep sales cycles under 90 days on average.
  • Schedule 5 ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) demos per month.
  • Maintain extremely high Salesforce hygiene
  • Forecast deal flow with a high degree of accuracy quarterly

  • 4 years experience in SaaS sales , with a track record of closing mid-market deals.
