About the Role

As a Product Designer at XILO, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our platform. By turning customer insights into impactful designs, you’ll make our products more intuitive, self-servicing, and valuable. You’ll work closely with the UI team, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are delivered ahead of schedule and aligned with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 3 customer interviews weekly to gather actionable feedback for design improvements.
• Collaborate with the UI team to create designs 2 sprints ahead of engineering timelines.
• Leverage data pipelines to inform and enhance design decisions.
• Ensure all current products are intuitive and self-servicing for users.
• Drive improved adoption and engagement across all current products.

• Extensive knowledge of design principles, tools, and best practices.
