The Role
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you’ll be a key player in designing, building, and scaling our TypeScript-based micro-services. This role offers flexibility to specialize in OCR , RPA , or LLM integration , depending on your interests and expertise. You’ll collaborate across teams, solve complex technical challenges, and directly contribute to the transformation of an entire industry.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and develop scalable TypeScript micro-services powering XILO's platform.
- Implement advanced features in one or more focus areas :
- OCR : Enhance document digitization and data extraction pipelines.
- RPA : Build bots to automate repetitive tasks and drive efficiency.
- LLMs : Design and optimize workflows for AI-driven customer interactions.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, frontend, data science) to deliver seamless integrations.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
- Implement best practices for API security, data privacy, and maintainability.
