We’re hiring a Senior Backend Engineer at XILO, a fast-growing AI-driven startup transforming the insurance industry. With 200 clients and fresh Series A funding, we’re expanding our team to bring cutting-edge automation and intelligence to agencies worldwide.
The Role
You’ll be designing and architecting scalable solutions, creating robust APIs, and building new microservices from the ground up—while also improving and optimizing our existing systems. This isn’t just another engineering role. We’re solving real, painful inefficiencies in the insurance space - problems so frustrating that prospects have nearly teared up during sales calls, realizing how much time and effort we could save them. What we’re building isn’t just an upgrade - it’s a fundamental shift in how agencies operate.
