What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead QA Analyst position at Xinnovit?
Required Skills:
- B.S. or B.A. Degree
- Minimum of Eight (8) years of experience in a Lead QA role
- Demonstrated experience working with a large ($30 Million) budget project and/or program
- Demonstrated work experience in software quality assurance
- Demonstrated experience working on ERP or Enterprise Asset Management programs
- Experienced with Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies to help project teams navigate QA processes within projects
- Experience selecting and implementing an automated testing tool
- Experience with Operational Report/Data Warehouse testing
- Experience with Data Conversion testing
- Experience with Performance/Stress testing
- Experience with Penetration testing
- Experience with testing Security, roles, etc.
- Demonstrated experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test strategies, test plans and test cases
- Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that concisely convey a clear understanding or message to different audiences
- Working independently and/or in a team environment may be required for some engagements.
Certification(s): Degree program in Quality Assurance or related field or relevant
certification in the role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
