Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team of innovative thinkers and changemakers. This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will be instrumental in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to increase xiQ’s brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content, including blogs, email campaigns, social media posts, landing pages, and video scripts.
• Collaborate with the video and design team to create engaging marketing materials.
• Repurpose long-form content (e.g., podcasts, webinars) into bite-sized assets for various platforms.
• Manage xiQ’s social media accounts, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and branding.
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement while growing xiQ’s online presence.
• Oversee influencer marketing initiatives and execute outreach strategies to secure media placements.
• Curate and distribute weekly marketing newsletters to a large subscriber base.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B or tech environment.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
