What you'll do
- Program Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute programs that aligned with organizational goals.
Identify program scope, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics.Ensure alignment with business priorities by collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.Program ExecutionLead cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, sales, and operations, to deliver program objectives on time and within budget.
Monitor program performance, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure quality assurance and compliance with internal and external standards.Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for program-related communications.
Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, partners, and customers.Provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders through dashboards, presentations, and reports.Team Leadership & DevelopmentMentor and guide junior program managers and team members.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Identify skill gaps and drive training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.Continuous ImprovementAnalyse program outcomes and lessons learned to improve future programs.
Drive process improvements to optimize delivery and program efficiency.Qualifications
Required :
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.5 years of program management experienceProficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.Preferred :
Experience in IoT Industry, Hardware development and Software development Environment.Familiarity with change management and organizational transformation.Expertise in financial management of programs, including forecasting and budgeting.
