Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient office operations. The Office Clerk will assist in data entry, document management, and customer service while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
· Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).
· Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management.
· Answer and direct emails, providing information as needed.
· Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
· Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
· Support other departments with administrative tasks assigned.
· Ensure the office environment remains clean and organized.
Qualifications & Skills:
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
· Proven experience as an Office Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
· Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
