Job Summary: We seek motivated and experienced Account Relationship Managers to join our dynamic team. As a key player in driving business growth, you will nurture existing client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staffing sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect for and develop new business relationships with potential clients.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.- Identify and evaluate client staffing needs and match them with available resources.- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure effective service delivery.- Attend networking and industry events to develop new business leads.- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:- Proven success in staffing sales with 3-5 years of experience.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.- Deep understanding of the staffing industry and current market trends.- Consultative selling approach with a strong ability to build client relationships.- Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
