Job Summary:
The Inventory Control & Quality Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the quality of products meets company standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Control:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments.
- Maintain accurate records in inventory management software.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to streamline inventory processes.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory or quality control are a plus.
- Experience: 1-2 years in inventory management or quality control preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or defects.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Position Requirements:

- Can drive a Reach Truck (will be on one most of the day)

- Recent inventory or cycle counting experience
