Position Overview: They will be responsible for operating pem and stud insertion machines to ensure high-quality components for the control panels.
Position Description:
- Operate Pem and Stud insertion machines to fasten hardware onto sheet metal enclosures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to ensure accurate hardware placement.
- Inspect and verify the quality of installed fasteners, ensuring adherence to UL standards and company specifications.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and minor adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
Position Requirements:
- Two individuals must be a bit more experienced than the other two
- Previous experience operating Pem and stud insertion machines
- Basic knowledge of metal fabrication, fasteners, and press-fit hardware.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
