Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Process Specialist in electronic manufacturing! In this role, you'll play a key part in introducing new materials, products, and equipment into projects. Your responsibilities will include intelligent manufacturing, industrial vision, and MES maintenance, contributing to the daily process maintenance for smooth production operations. Job Responsibilities:
- Introduce new materials, products, and equipment into the project.
- Manage intelligent manufacturing, industrial vision, and MES maintenance.
- Ensure daily process maintenance, facilitating the normal operation of daily production to support the achievement of the company's operational goals.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the module process, solving product process problems, and developing relevant process improvements.
- Organize personnel training to enhance the production utilization rate of machines.
- Maintain and enhance the production process technology solutions of mature production lines, aiming to improve product quality and capacity while reducing production costs.
- Revise the SOP and control the SPC for each process.
- Stabilize the yield of products in each process, maintaining and optimizing existing process parameters to enhance product quality.
- Mandatory participation in a training program in Southeast Asia and China.
Job Requirements:
- 4 or more years of relevant experience.
- College’s Degree or above in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the organization.
- Solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
