Job Title: Salad Prep/Server
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6AM-2PM
Pay Range: $15/HR
Position Overview:
The Salad Prep team member will be responsible for preparing, setting up, and maintaining the salad bar to ensure a fresh and visually appealing experience for customers. This role also includes assisting with general cleaning duties and restocking supplies as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and arrange food items for the salad bar according to established portion control guidelines.
- Set up, monitor, and replenish the salad bar to ensure freshness and availability throughout shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness of the salad bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including washing utensils, counters, and equipment.
- Restock food, condiments, and supplies as needed.
- Cross-train to support other food preparation or service areas, as required.
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow portion control guidelines accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Willingness to cross-train and assist in other areas of the kitchen or service.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
