What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equipment Operator position at XL Pro Staffing and Consulting?
Position Description : - Get products from containers and scan the skew code - Once the product is scanned, place the product inside an appropriate-sized box- Place the box on a conveyor belt- Get boxes from a box-maxing machine, stack them together, and set them aside (must be able to stack 20-30 boxes per minute)- Packaging order may be required- The job duties depend on what is needed & production- The environment is fast-pacedPosition Requirements : - They must have a sense of urgency (must be fast-paced & efficient)- Must have attention to detail- Must have a good attitude - Spanish speaking only is okay- The heavy lifter must lift 50 lbs.
