Pay:

*Technician Level I - $27.00 Hourly

*Technician Level II - $30.00 Hourly

*Technician Level III - $34.00 Hourly

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Location: Wilmer, TX

Job Responsibilities:

· Carry out daily inspection of equipment and processes, ensure the normal operation of process equipment, and learn and improve one’s own skills and capabilities.

· Maintain the on-site manufacturing process, develop manufacturing work instructions, and provide training to others.

· Participate in addressing various accidents and propose improvement measures and suggestions.

· Make daily operation records and maintenance records of relevant systems in a timely manner.

· Follow work arrangement and solve the reported issues in a timely fashion.

· Follow work rules and processes, follow standardized safety protection measures.

· Actively complete other work and tasks assigned by supervisor.

· Cooperate with the engineer to provide on-site guidance for special operations.

· Perform other duties and special project, as assigned by management.

· Joining 3-month training program in South East Asia and China is a must

Job Requirements:

· Associate degree or above, with at least 2 years of relevant practical work experience, familiarity with solar modules or semiconductors is preferred.

· Skillfully use computer office software and AUTOCAD software.

· Dedicated and strive to achieve, hardworking and reliable, be able to adapt to shifts and work under pressure.
