Position Description :
- Supervise the business work of equipment engineers, improving work quality and ensuring the efficient operation of various tasks such as production, quality, repair, and maintenance costs.
- Establish and operate the equipment department's management system, optimize the departmental rules and regulations, and supervise their implementation.
- Improve equipment operation efficiency, participate in the evaluation of new projects in the company, and evaluate and implement significant improvements to existing equipment, including equipment selection and confirmation and review of technical specifications with suppliers.
- Organize the implementation of equipment technology upgrading and transformation, continuously optimize equipment operation efficiency, increase production and yield, reduce costs and increase efficiency, and save energy and allocate personnel.
