Position Overview : They will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining hot fill and powder production lines safely and efficiently. This position will ensure that production is running smoothly, meeting quality standards, and adhering to safety regulations.Position Description : Operate and monitor the hot fill machine and associated equipment, ensuring proper temperature and fill levels.Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical and operational issues.Maintain product quality and consistency by adjusting machine settings and conducting regular quality checks.Operate and monitor powder filling machinery, ensuring accurate filling and packaging of powder products.Adjust machine settings to maintain consistent powder flow and packaging standards.Conduct quality control inspections on powder products, including weight checks, labeling, and sealing.Perform regular cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation on powder line equipment.
