Operate and monitor VFFS machines to ensure proper functioning and quality output.Set up and adjust machine parameters( speed, temperature, sealing, etc..) according to product specificationsLoad raw materials, such as films, into the machine hopper and ensure proper material flowPerform regular checks on finished products for packaging integrity,weight, and overall qualityWill be conducting inspections to ensure the machine is producing within set standardsAddress any issues related to product defects or equipment malfunctionsComplete production logs and report on machine performance, production output, and any incidentsEnsure accurate tracking of materials and finished product quantities Assist with inventory management and material ordering as requiredMaintain a clean and organized work areaWill be working with production supervisors, maintenance teams, and quality control personnel to ensure smooth production operations
