Migration of tableau data source from one database to another is a Must Have

Client is migrating 300 Tableau dashboards from SQL Server OnPrem to Snowflake. Expecting it to take 12 months. This is not a lift and shift; it is a custom redesign: lots of SQL and Tableau rework needed. These are complex reports with millions of lines of code. Must be an expert in SQL - they must take our assessment and score 100% (possibly 90%)
Must be an expert Tableau Developer: BI Tech Lead will be 50 – 60% hands on developer and 40 – 50% leading/managing a team in India (3 Tableau Devs and 2 QAs). Working EST time is best.
**Tableau Cloud is not part of this project at all. This is not a lift and shift; it is a redesign.
