Community Engagement Manager


We are looking for an experienced and passionate Community Engagement Manager to join our innovative and fast-paced team at XMONDO Hair! In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our community, both online and offline. You will lead PR outreach, manage social campaigns, and foster active interaction with our audience on social media.


About the Role:


As the Community Engagement Manager, you will be at the heart of our community-building efforts. Your goal will be to drive engagement, promote our brand, and enhance our presence through effective communication strategies. You’ll also manage PR initiatives, run community-focused campaigns, and create meaningful connections at events.


Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement & Outreach:

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage our community and promote our brand.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for community members, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Strengthen relationships with local organizations and key community leaders to grow our brand’s visibility.

PR Outreach & Campaigns:

  • Lead PR outreach initiatives, working with media outlets and influencers to drive brand coverage.
  • Manage community-centered campaigns that enhance engagement both digitally and in person.

Social Media & Content Management:

  • Manage all social media platforms by creating, scheduling, and posting relevant content.
  • Engage with the community through social media interactions, ensuring timely and thoughtful responses.
  • Develop social media campaigns that align with broader marketing strategies to drive engagement.

Event Coordination:

  • Plan and execute community events—both virtual and in-person—that build strong relationships.
  • Represent the brand at events to enhance our presence and foster meaningful connections.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of outreach and campaigns.
  • Provide insights and data-driven recommendations for future community strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, PR, and customer service teams to ensure a unified brand message across all platforms.
  • Share community feedback with internal teams to help inform product development and marketing strategies.

Who You Are:

  • A strong communicator with a passion for building relationships.
  • Experienced in social media management, PR outreach, and event coordination.
  • Data-driven and comfortable analyzing metrics to drive engagement strategies.
  • An organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Experience Required:

  1. 2 years of experience in community engagement, PR outreach, or social media management.
  2. Proven track record of building and managing online communities, driving engagement, and creating meaningful relationships.
  3. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to represent the brand effectively both online and in-person.
  4. Strong organizational and event management skills, with experience coordinating both virtual and in-person events.
  5. Proficiency with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Hootsuite, etc.).
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics, analyze performance, and adapt strategies as needed.
  7. A creative, resourceful approach to problem-solving and campaign development.
  8. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends in community engagement and social media.
