Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Content Creation and Management to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for social media trends, content creation, and influencer relations. You will be responsible for driving content strategies, analyzing social performance, managing our network of creators, and overseeing influencer events and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage engaging, on-trend content across XMONDO’s social media platforms.
• Lead social media analytics, track engagement, and optimize content for maximum performance.
• Manage relationships with content creators and influencers to support brand campaigns.
• Create a social posting calendar on a monthly basis and manage timelines on getting posts created on time.
• Collaborate with influencers for partnerships, events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Stay ahead of trends in social media, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Must have a great sense of humor and a strong understanding of current social media trends.
• Proven ability to create engaging, funny content online (must have an active social media account with video content).
• Familiarity with social analytics tools and metrics.
• No formal experience required, but a knack for marketing and an understanding of brand storytelling is a must.
