XMSTART is looking to add an experienced and strategic full-time Directorate Action Group (DAG) Specialist at to our team, in Chantilly, VA. This position is 100% onsite.

- Managing high-level actions and facilitating senior discussions
- Supporting key decision-making processes within the Systems Enterprise Directorate (SED).
- Tracking and managing executive actions
- Preparing and delivering concise briefings
- Maintaining critical reporting tools such as SED's Weekly Activity Reports and the NRO watch list.
- Facilitate senior-level meetings, ensuring leadership is well-prepared with read-ahead materials
- Action item tracking, and clear documentation
- Oversee the technical review of correspondence, support Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act requests and contribute to the development of strategic communication products
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational skill and ability to handle a fluctuating workload and multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable deliverables.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in tasking/actions control programs (TIER)
- Strong written correspondence skills
- Ability to synthesize complex actions and adhere to tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate to internal (or external) collaborators with different backgrounds and disciplines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Deliver on commitments be reliable, highly organized and structured
- Bachelor's Degree in any focus required
- Active Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph required
- Reinvestigation date within 7 years if not an active NRO employee
