As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified Account Manager to join its team. Reporting to the VP of Mission Critical Sales, you will be a crucial member of the sales team to help drive the company’s continued growth,

An overview of your responsibilities :

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation : Actively search for new clients through networking, cold calling, and identifying potential leads to expand the customer base.
  • Client Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by regular communication, understanding their needs, and proactively addressing concerns.
  • Needs Analysis : Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements to identify potential areas for improvement and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Proposal Development : Create customized proposals outlining solutions, pricing, and timelines to meet client needs.
  • Negotiation and Contract Closure : Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to secure deals and close sales.
  • Account Management : Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Sales Forecasting : Accurately forecast sales pipeline and revenue potential to inform business planning.
  • Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams like marketing, customer support, and product development to ensure seamless client experience.
