As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified and experienced on-site Training Coordinator to join the team. Reporting to the Operations Manager this position is responsible for developing educating and training new and existing employees on manufacturing, maintenance, and repair processes. This role is located at the Mesa XNRGY production site. As part of your role the Trainer will be involved in developing training materials, delivering hands-on training, and ensuring that employees understand and comply with industry standards, safety protocols, and company procedures.
An overview of your responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for manufacturing technicians, for manufacturing processes
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on SOP’s, installation techniques, troubleshooting, safety procedures, and customer service best practices.
- Create and update training materials, including manuals, video tutorials, and presentation slides, to ensure content is relevant and up to date.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance reviews, and make improvements as needed.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to employees who need additional support or guidance.
- Ensure that all trainees are familiar with tools, equipment, and industry regulations.
- Track and maintain records of employee training progress and certifications.
- Work closely with supervisors and managers to identify areas where additional training or development is needed.
- Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and regulations to ensure training programs remain relevant and compliant.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
What you'll need, among other things!
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in Manufacturing or related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing with prior experience as a trainer or mentor preferred.
- Strong understanding of AHU manufacturing, troubleshooting techniques, and safety practices.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop effective training materials and programs.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to assess and track employee progress.
- Knowledge of relevant standards, and industry best practices.

- Able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
- Able to stand; walk; stoop, kneel or crouch, as required.
- Able to climb portable ladder
- Use of Personal Protection Equipment will be required
- Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination.
