Role Description
We’re looking for a proactive and people-first Customer Success Associate to join our team. In this remote, part-time role, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our users—ranging from shoppers to small business owners—are supported, engaged, and thriving on our platform.
Your responsibilities will include guiding new users through onboarding, handling inquiries and concerns, analyzing user feedback and platform trends, and implementing retention strategies that keep our community happy and loyal.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and onboard new users to the platform
- Provide prompt, helpful support through email and over the phone
- work with internal team to troubleshoot user issues and offer clear solutions
- Track feedback and identify patterns for improvement
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer success processes
- Maintain positive relationships and encourage continued platform engagement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success, support, or engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from customer data
- Genuine interest in fashion, beauty, or creator-based platforms (a plus!)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
