Duties
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers, to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
- Implement and maintain quality systems in accordance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Collect and analyze research data related to quality control processes.
- Perform inspections using visual methods and test equipment, as required.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality.
Skills
