- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback, shape product roadmaps, and ensure seamless integrations
- Lead technical discussions and deep-dive sessions with customers to drive strategic alignment and solution adoption
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with executive stakeholders
- Support pre-sales and post-sales engagements, ensuring smooth implementation and long-term customer success
What We're Looking For:
- 8 years of experience in a sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting role
- Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure, enterprise IT systems, or automation platforms
- Ability to navigate enterprise IT environments and engage with senior technical leaders
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Hands-on experience with enterprise IT ecosystems, integrations, and data management
