Job Title: Billing Analyst Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 7 Months
Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $20.00/hour-$24.00/hour.
Role Description and Key Project Details:
Handling their own set of accounts
Including closes cases, reviewing customer queries
Expected to join customer calls
Answer customer questions on calla
Internal meetings to resolve any issues
Will need to meet SLAs
End of month reporting
Monthly deliverables, sing offs,
Crediting invoicing
Salesforce ticketing systems
Will be meeting with internal stakeholders
Skills:
Strong Excel skills
Oracle Cloud
Salesforce
Requisition Qualification:
- Excel experience including pivot tables, excel data
- STRONG Excel skills
- Oracle Cloud experience strong preferred
- Siebel experience strong preferred
- Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- 2 years of experience
- Experience meeting monthly/weekly deliverables
- STRONG Communication skills
- Time management
- Responding to tickets quickly, over communicators
- Problem Solving skills
- Analytical skills
