Job Details
Location: Remote / Once a month for a week within the Montvale NJ area.
Study computer systems and procedures and design enterprise databases to help the organization operate more effectively. Encourage team effort in solving problems that arise along the way. Help other IT team members understand how systems can best serve an organization.
Understanding and explaining business needs expressed in data models supporting long-term solutions
Working with key project stakeholders to implement data strategies, build data flows and develop conceptual data models
Creating relevant data models using accepted professional procedures to ensure high data quality and limit redundancy
Optimizing and updating logical and physical data models to support new and emerging projects
Proficiency in data modeling tools such as ER/Studio, ERwin, or similar.
Experience with Salesforce, S4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Microsoft technologies is a must have.
Collaborate with business process teams in CRM, ERP, HR, and Risk Management to gather and analyze data requirements.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Experience with data modeling tools and methodologies. Knowledgeable in database system applications, stored procedures and data warehousing.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, IT or mathematics
