- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in virtual video and remote environments using collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, MURAL, Trello.
- Core values and certifications such as Lean Kanban University's TKP, Scrum.org's PSM, Scrum Alliance's CSM/A-CSM, CSP-SM, SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
