About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technical Expert to join our team at XOS (X-ray Optical Systems). As a key member of our commercial function, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients.
In this role, you will utilize your manufacturing background to troubleshoot and document technical issues effectively, perform occasional on-site troubleshooting, service, and repairs, and manage internal and field service repairs with efficiency and attention to detail.
You will also be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, identifying and escalating service and instrumentation opportunities, and providing accurate quotations and delivery information.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on electromechanical experience, preferably in a manufacturing or service environment, and possess strong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
