Position Overview
We are seeking a Fulfillment Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering on-time, accurate shipments to our customers. This role involves picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, maintaining inventory, and helping ensure that every XPcollect package arrives promptly and in perfect condition. You’ll also have opportunities to get involved with our social media content, allowing you to be part of the bigger Pokémon conversation online!
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders with speed and precision, ensuring items match the order details and are packaged securely.
- Inventory Management: Track, organize, and restock inventory to maintain accurate counts and immediate availability.
- Quality Control: Inspect products before shipping to guarantee high quality standards and prevent order errors.
- Timeliness & Speed: Meet daily fulfillment deadlines, guaranteeing that customer orders go out on schedule.
- Trust & Reliability: Handle products and customer information responsibly, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
- Social Media Engagement (as needed):** Assist with or appear in social media content (unboxings, behind-the-scenes, quick tips) to highlight the fulfillment process and promote XPcollect products.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or e-commerce role (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and meet strict deadlines.
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to [insert weight requirement].
- Basic computer skills for order management and inventory systems.
- Willingness to work alternating weekends to support our customers’ needs.
