Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Car Tint Installer to join our team, contributing to the growth, quality, and customer satisfaction of our Car Tint Installer services. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team. This position operates primarily Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional extended hours as needed.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install automotive window film with precision and high-quality standards.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
- Safely transport vehicles to and from company facilities or third-party locations.
- Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in automotive window tint installation.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely and confidently drive high-end vehicles.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and courteous demeanor with customers and coworkers.
- Physical capability to:
- Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
- Use hands and fingers for detailed work over extended periods.
- Regularly stoop, kneel, and bend.
- Lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
