Job Description : Responsibilities :
- Coordinate onboarding paperwork and I-9 and background process.
- Assist in the management and utilization of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS-Workday)
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Support Recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
- Assist with other recruitment- and onboarding related tasks and projects as needed.
