Candidate Experience and Onboarding Specialist

Job Description : Responsibilities :

• Coordinate onboarding paperwork and I-9 and background process.
• Assist in the management and utilization of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS-Workday)
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Support Recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
• Assist with other recruitment- and onboarding related tasks and projects as needed.
