Job Title : Senior Network Operations Engineer
About the Role :
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Network Engineer to support our production network, ensuring 99.999% uptime while contributing to network expansion, troubleshooting, and improvement. This role focuses on operational excellence with opportunities to shape network design and optimization. We're looking for someone who is not only technically skilled but also eager to learn and grow with us.
This role requires the ability to travel to the data center in Sacramento for network expansion, troubleshooting, and implementing critical changes as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and execute tasks related to network operations, expansion, and maintenance.
- Travel to the Sacramento data center for network expansion, troubleshooting, and implementing important changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve LAN / WAN incidents, including complex issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and QA teams on requirements, design, and planning phases.
- Maintain network documentation and operational procedures.
- Support production changes and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
- Work with vendors on hardware procurement and evaluate new network solutions.
- Assist customers with circuit provisioning, VPNs, and connectivity.

The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is $112,872- $149, 556 plus bonus and benefits, and can vary if outside of this location. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
