As a valued member of our team at Xperience XRG, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment. This includes setting up, operating, and cleaning kitchen machinery and equipment properly and safely, as well as storing them in their designated areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize food service, preparation ware, dish room, pot room, and kitchen areas in restaurants
- Scrape and spray all ware before placing it in the ware-washing machine
- Rack all china and glassware according to dish room standards
