Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare all menu items to the highest standard, using fresh ingredients and following established recipes.
- Read and execute computer tickets for service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Maintain a solid knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation techniques.
- Assist Chefs in the execution of service, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience as a Line Cook or equivalent role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and presentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic kitchen environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
