Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support construction, maintenance, and other labor-intensive projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety protocols.
Duties
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general site clean-up and maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for various tasks.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while on the job site.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to labor tasks.
- Welding, forming concrete, concrete finishing and metal erectors.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Experience with welding, forming concrete, concrete finishing and metal erectors is a bonus.
