Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled superintendent to oversee our industrial, concrete, IMP (insulation metal panels), Millwright, and mechanical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects with budgets ranging from $35,000 to 10,000,000 and possess over 5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of industrial, concrete, IMP, millwright and mechanical projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth quality standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project life cycle.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Manage employees.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial, concrete, IMP, millwright and mechanical projects.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Proven track record of managing projects with budgets ranging from $35,000 to $10,000,000.
- Strong leadership and Commnication skills.
- Valid driver's licence: CDL Class preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
- Must pass background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 80 per week
