Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced salesperson to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by selling our technology services and cybersecurity solutions to middle-market companies. As the face of Xpert Technologies, you will be responsible for representing our brand in the market and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients within the middle-market segment.
- Present and sell technology services and cybersecurity solutions directly to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in selling technology services and cybersecurity at a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Experience in direct sales to middle-market companies, not via a channel.
- High degree of maturity and autonomy in managing sales activities.
- Confidence in your abilities, paired with a humble and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent listening skills to understand and address client needs effectively.
- Desire to be the face of the company and represent Xpert Technologies in the market.
- No ego, not a ‘title’ person
