XpertTech Job Title: Technical Support Expert
Job Summary: XpertTech is seeking a Technical Support Expert to join our team as a Tech Support Manager. This role requires a strong background in technical support, with experience in managing teams and developing strategic plans. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windows Server and SQL environments and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of IT professionals who provide technical support to customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce support costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Travel to customer sites to install, repair, and maintain hardware and software systems

Requirements:
Key Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with experience in managing teams and developing strategic plans. You should be hands-on, with expertise in Windows Server and SQL environments. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred. Experience with server installation, software training, and customer support is highly desirable.
