**Job Title:** Tech Support Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Tech Support Manager to oversee our Field Tech Support staff. This full-time role involves managing teams that provide phone, remote support, and onsite installations, repairs, and training.

  • Manage Field Tech Support staff providing phone, remote support, and onsite services.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and technical expertise in hardware and software environments.
  • Build servers, install software, and train customers on technical products.
  • Travel as required to various customer sites for installations, repairs, and other tasks.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Progressed from PC support/administration to management roles.
  • Recent experience working in hardware/software environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Windows Server and SQL.
  • Ability to handle customer calls and issues directly if needed.

This is a hands-on management role requiring a strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to travel occasionally.
