Job Description: XpertTech is seeking a Tech Support Manager to lead our Field Tech Support team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals who provide technical support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with experience in managing teams and developing strategic plans. You should be hands-on, with expertise in Windows Server and SQL environments. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred. Experience with server installation, software training, and customer support is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of IT professionals who provide technical support to customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce support costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Travel to customer sites to install, repair, and maintain hardware and software systems

Requirements:
